Greek Yogurt Berry Bark

Summer is upon us my friends, and in honor of the warm weather rolling in, I introduce to you this life-changing Greek Yogurt Berry Bark! I love the process of making this simple dessert, because not only is it completely versatile, but it's also no-bake, so you're house won't be like a million degrees this summer! This delicious treat is also so incredibly healthy that it will help you achieve any summer fitness goals you may have!


YIELD: 8 servings

TIME: 1 hr. 10 mins.


- 1.5 cups greek yogurt

- 2 tbsp vegan cream cheese

- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries

- A handful of raspberries

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1.5 tbsp honey



  1. Whisk together the cream cheese, greek yogurt, honey and vanilla extract in a small bowl.

  2. Line a small baking pan with parchment paper, and spread your yogurt mixture evenly on top.

  3. Distribute the berries on top, and place in the freezer to chill for at least 1 hour, or until fully firm. Cut into 8 even chunks, and store in tupperware in the freezer.

  4. Enjoy!!
